Returns

Please note all returns must be sent back to us through UPS or FedEx services.

Back Orders

If an item that you ordered is not available at the time the order was placed, you will receive an email notification of its expected availability date. We will notify you when the item becomes available and when it ships.

Whitehall

The no returns policy applies to all Whitehall products such as; address plaques, birdfeeders and hooks, birdbaths, clocks and thermometers, garden planters, hose holders, lanterns, sundials, weathervanes, and welcome mats. Whitehall is a custom personalized product and cannot be returned. We highly suggest that you carefully review all your personalized information ( street address, street number). Whitehall Products will remake or repaint personalized items at no charge, only when Whitehall Products is at fault. All other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer. Items sold by Whitehall Products, LLC are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale, provided said items are used according to Whitehall Products, LLC recommended usages.

Howard Miller

Howard Miller offers a limited two year warranty on grandfather clocks and a one year warranty on mantel, wall and tabletop clocks. You can view the instruction manuals that include warranty information at: http://www.howardmiller.com/Manuals/Default.asp

Clocks will be shipped UPS Ground or the best way to the shipping address provided. Please allow 7 –14 business days for delivery.

All larger items that must be shipped via White glove delivery will be noted by the product when clicking on image. White glove delivery is included at no additional charge. If there is freight damage to an item upon white glove delivery only, it must be reported at the time of delivery to the delivery service.

All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials in the original box and free of non-factory writing, stickers and address labels and packed inside another shipping box. The clock box is NOT a shipping box. Please notify our office via email within 3 business days of receiving an item and we will resolve it to your satisfaction. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items returned.. The merchandise will be replaced at no charge due to manufacture defect , only if it’s reported within 3 days after receiving the product. Any items requested for return past 3 days of receiving will not be able to be returned.

• The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for return. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any damaged merchandise.

• All items must be insured and shipped pre-paid ( we will not accept any COD shipments.

• Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable.

• We are not able to accept returns for a refund or credit from a gift recipient.p>

Uttermost

No returns on Uttermost Products. Unless the merchandise is damaged in freight. Please notify our office via email within 3 business days of receiving an item and we will resolve it to your satisfaction. If damaged, our address for returns is on our contact page. Please label the product “return”. The product(s) must be returned in it’s original packaging.

Surya  Rugs 

Please report any damaged merchandise to Pillow Park via e-mail the same day of receiving the goods. After this time period Pillow Park cannot honor damage claims or returns. We will confirm your request for return within 24 hours of receiving your email.
 All returns (except damaged items) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You the customer, will be responsible for the returning freight charges. Pillow Park does not ship or sell damaged merchandise. Occasionally damage may occur to our products while they are in transit to you. While this happens very rarely, we ask all customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at time of arrival.   

 Please make sure to return the product(s) to Pillow Park ( address is located on Contact page) in the original condition. Rolled in similar packaging for rugs and boxed for home decorating accessories. Allow 7 business days for the return to be processed by Pillow Park after we receive the product(s).  

Sharkproof  Waterbed Products

All waterbed and airbed products and accessories are non refundable and may not be returned. For product warranty information, please refer to our vendor page under Vinyl Products.

Snugfleece Wool Toppers

If you are not delighted with your Snugfleece products, please e-mail us under our contact page within 30 days. All items must  be returned in new condition, to place of purchase, with all original packaging and proof of purchase. The address to ship is located on our contact page. Our policy is to replace with the same merchandise that was returned. Pillow Park reserves the option to replace, repair, deny return, or issue a credit for any merchandise. Shipment discrepancies must be declared within 5 days of receipt. Returns for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For credit to be given, the item must be suitable for resale. In other words, the item cannot have been slept on or used by customer. Returns 30 days after purchase will be handled on an individual basis and will likely only be considered for manufacturing defects.

Our Snugfleece Woolens have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Pillow Park will repair or replace the item if it fails to give normal wear, under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to determine if the item has been abused or care instructions have not been followed.
